![]() In system preferences>bluetooth make sure "show bluetooth in menu bar" is checked. ![]() You will need to re-configure each device). Reset Bluetooth settings **(**WARNING: This will reset your Mac, and cause it to forget all of the Bluetooth devices you have ever used. ![]() Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > General and uncheck "allow handoff between this mac and your icloud devices" Locate the Logitech application support file (Macintosh HD>Library>Application Support>Logitech) and delete the folder Remove Mx Master 3 from Bluetooth menu in system preferences (right click+remove) Uninstall Logi Options from Utilities menu Thought I'd share the fix that worked for me since I couldn't find much info elsewhere. After some messing around and reading forums and support articles I solved the problem. Super frustrating because now I couldn't even get into the app, let alone try to solve the problem of the gesture button not working. ![]() Today that wasn't working and when I redownloaded Logi Options in an attempt to start from scratch, whenever I tried to add my Mx Master 3 as a new bluetooth device nothing would happen in the Logi Options app when I selected the Mx Master 3 (even though it said connected in the menu). Usually I have to reset the gesture button feature and set it up as a custom keystroke (Control-Up Arrow for Mission Control) after quitting Logi Options multiple times. Today the mission control features on the gesture button for my MX Master 3 went out (again).
